Buying Online

We are pleased to offer a selection of our extensive stock for sale online (additional stock is available and we will be happy to discuss this with you on 01438 312661.

You can browse through our online stock lists without registering with us, but in order to buy an item you will be required to register. This enables us to record your address details and collecting interests etc. We guarantee that your personal details will never be revealed to any third party.

Register

To buy online, you must first register and then login to the site using your email address and PIN. Please note that if you have previously registered and forgotten your login details, you will not be able to register again using the same email address. If this is the case we can email you a password reminder or alternatively please contact us for assistance by emailing enquiries@kbcoins.com.

Searching for Items

You can either search for a specific item or browse through the stock lists by category. A search can be made either in our "Search our Store" which appears at the top of every page. Using the "Advanced" search offers you more control over the criteria you can use to refine your search.
You can search using category, or keyword, or price range, or using a combination of all three. Once you have made your selections, click the "Search" button. You will then see a list of matching results. Click on the appropriate icon for "Further information", to "Enquire about this item" by email, or to "Add to your basket". If you want to buy additional items please repeat the above process until you have finished shopping. To remove anything from your basket at any time, please click on the "Remove item from basket" link, which appears next to every shopping basket item as an X.

Checkout

Once you are satisfied and wish to complete the purchase of every item in your basket, click on "View Basket" at the top of the search results page and then on "Checkout". Once you submit the form you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order was successfully sent. We will then confirm the items are in stock and agree the payment method and dispatch arrangements with you.
