Delivery / Postage

UK only:

- Orders under £250 - £3 postage and packaging or £7 for Royal Mail "Special Delivery" (fully trackable)
- Orders over £250 are postage free.

Insurance is included in the postage and packaging costs for all items dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Postage costs are non-negotiable and items over £50 should not be sent uninsured.
The property will be dispatched as soon as possible and should arrive within 7 working days, as all coins are banked.

Overseas / Export:

We do NOT currently offer this service. If you wish to discuss this further please call us on +44 (0)1438 312661.

Payment

Payment may be made by cheque drawn on UK Banks (payable to K B Coins), postal orders, bank drafts (in pounds sterling), Bank wire (ask for details) or by MasterCard or Visa.

Our payment system is highly secure and run by Worldpay payment processing. Your details entered on screen are deleted immediately after use and not shown to staff or any third party. If you are concerned about security please call 01438 312661 and we can take your payment manually.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We maintain the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. All items for sale are subject to availability, and in the event of non-availability you will be offered a full refund.
Should you wish to cancel your order you must do this within 14 days of the dispatch of your order, however postage and insurance is your responsibility.

Refunds may be issued in the case of late delivery, loss of items during shipment or the item being not as described on our website. Please note that the description of the condition of items is a statement of opinion and not to be relied on as a statement of fact.

Refunds of the items will only be offered upon receipt of the original item/s in the same condition as they were sent.

Other Terms

All coins are unconditionally guaranteed genuine. Although every effort is taken to ensure accurate grading in accordance with British standards the matter remains subjective.
Coins can be ordered and paid for on line. Alternatively orders can also be made via email, letter or phone.
